Our Fantastic Airbnb Apartment in Budva, Montenegro
After arriving in Budva, it was just a short walk to our Airbnb apartment. The apartment was around halfway between the bus station and the town center, so was perfect for us.
We’ve been disappointed by some Airbnb apartments we booked, but this one was fantastic, as you can see by the photos.
Our apartment was brand new and so everything was pretty much perfect. We love staying in apartments like this. We had booked a week and would have stayed longer if it was available. Unfortunately, it was already booked for the next week.
The Living Room
The living was spacious and minimally furnished. It had a balcony at one end as well as a side window. This meant that the apartment was very light.
The Kitchen
We loved the kitchen. It was so clean and functional. Everything was built-in, including the oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There were brand new dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, and other kitchen utensils. There was also a coffee-maker, kettle and toaster.
The Bedroom
The bedroom had a super-comfortable bed and large built-in wardrobe. There were also electrically-operated window shutters. This meant the room dark at night and so meant we slept very well.
The Bathroom
The bathroom was another fantastic room. It had a large shower that worked perfectly. What I liked best about the room was that it was very bright. I hate shaving in bathrooms that don’t have good lighting, which seems to be most of them.
As you can see from the photo above, there was a washing machine and lots of counter space, which is something that most other bathrooms lack.
The Balcony
The balcony had a table and four chairs, with great views lookin towards the mountains nearby parks. It was a very relaxing place to have breakfast.
Entry to the apartment was via lockbox, so finding the apartment and getting inside couldn’t have been easier.
